At Mettz Concept, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want every shopping experience to be smooth, reliable, and worry-free. That’s why we offer a 30-day refund and return policy. If your order does not meet your expectations or arrives with any manufacturing defect, you are eligible to request a return, exchange, or refund within this period.


Delivery Attempts & Refund Policy

If the carrier makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts and the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned or discarded by the shipping company. In this case, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

If you still wish to receive your items, we can arrange a reshipment to an alternative address where delivery is possible. A minimum reshipment fee will apply depending on the order. Please contact our support team for assistance.


Product Returns

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, or not in the same condition as delivered, will not be eligible for a refund.

  • All returned items will be inspected at our warehouse before approval.


Exchanges (Size or Model)

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, model, or variation, you may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product, Mettz Concept will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the exchange is due to personal preference (e.g., size or color), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.


How to Make a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return label (if applicable).

  4. After the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you about the approval status.


Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within up to 30 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping for Returns

  • Returns and exchanges are free of charge in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • For exchanges due to personal preference (size, model, color), return shipping costs may apply.

  • Please ensure that your package is securely packed when returning items.
